ATTEMPTS to marginalise the Church anywhere in the world have rarely been successful.
This is because the Church has a life-giving message which needs to be heard by people.
The Good News is not just about religious matters, as some in secular society would like to think. It is about every aspect of human life.
To suggest that Church leaders should not speak out on issues of public interest is like trying to muzzle the cry of freedom and justice.
The Good News should be shouted from the rooftops, and should be allowed to be heard.
