CALLING ALL YOUNG WRITERS!

Got something to say about your generation?

Want to explain what it means to be a young Catholic?

Then maybe you’re meant to write for The Catholic Leader, voted Australia’s best Catholic newspaper.

The Catholic Leader in Brisbane is looking for young Catholic teenagers to write a regular column on our yet-to-be-released new youth page. All you have to do is send them your best material on the topic, “A Teen’s Guide to Reaching Heaven”. You can write the piece as a listicle, a story, an essay or an advice column – be creative!

The top column will receive the opportunity to write a monthly column and professional mentoring from The Catholic Leader – a great head start to a stunning career in journalism or writing.

If you’re interested in being part of our team, send a 300-word column on the topic “A Teen’s Guide to Reaching Heaven” to editor@catholicleader.com.au by Monday March 7.
