THE pursuit of trivia brought a lively group of 50 young people together on October 1 in Brisbane’s western deanery.

With groups from St Mark’s, Inala, taking out first and third prizes, Darra-Jindalee youth were placed in between.

“There was plenty of fun, food and laughter as teams came up with answers to six rounds of questions covering all manner of topics,” the deanery’s project officer Michael Doherty said.

The group was grateful to the local youth ministry team for organising the event in a “fun and entertaining” way.

It was held in Toowong parish.

“Thanks to Nik Seow who was the vibrant MC for the evening with question rounds entertainingly read by Larry Huynh, Alex Vizcarra, Joshua Choong, Sulan Mendis, and Yen Ho,” Michael said.
