IT would have to be every parent’s nightmare – not knowing what has happened to their son or daughter.
This week marks six months since 14 year-old Daniel Morcombe disappeared from a bus stop on the Sunshine Coast.
No one has seen or heard from him since that fateful December day, and despite numerous pleas from his parents and an extensive police campaign for information, no one has come forward with the vital clue needed to find him.
The people of Queensland have taken Daniel and his family into their hearts.
At the same time they hope they will never have to face the sort of tragedy that has gripped the Morcombe family.
Someone must know what happened to Daniel. To bring some peace of mind to his family they should come forward with any information they have about his disappearance.
For the rest of us, this Sunday we can at least say a prayer for the Morcombe family.
