TODAY is Sanctity of Life Sunday and the celebration could not be more relevant than it is this year, with renewed campaigning in support for abortion and euthanasia.
With pro-abortionists receiving plenty of publicity for their push for more liberal abortion laws, and the Greens campaigning loudly and boldly for legalised euthanasia, it is important that we hear the alternative views of our pro-life advocates like Ray Campbell (pages 1 and 9) and the palliative care professionals calling for compassion.
Our politicians need to take notice of those voices of reason so that they may continue to make decisions that uphold the dignity of life.
