We are likely only to hear a tiny fraction of the stories of grace associated with World Youth Day 2008 being held in Sydney this week. But we can share in the grace that flows from the event if we are open to allowing our own faith to be enriched.
The blessings are already flowing, as the late Mary Doogan has ensured for her grandchildren (page 1).
Some of us will be troubled by negative publicity for WYD08 but there may be blessings for us there, too, if we can face the criticisms honestly and decide if there are any messages for us on how we can better follow Christ.
