WE should value the country in which we live, having respect for the laws of nature.
Actions of people have caused global warming with the result that bushfires are occurring in some parts of Australia.
Man’s misuse of nature has caused climate change and if things are to improve he will have to change his lifestyle.
There is an urgent need for deep personal prayer to heal the wounds of our globe.
But do people today believe in the power of prayer?
Well, the Battle of Lepanto was won by prayer. Actually in that battle a cross appeared in the sky and the Muslims in their ships took fright, and Christianity was saved for the day.
If we pray for our daily needs, God will answer us and protect us from spiritual or moral harm.
He will safeguard us in our daily living and grant to us his companionship.
The more time we spend in prayer the more will we receive God’s love in our hearts.
He will give to us compassion for people and not let our enemies override us.
So now we must pray that global warming will come to an end.
We must ask the Father who is in heaven to heal our world and make politicians change their ways so that there will be the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Earnestly we must pray every day for men and women to turn back to adoration of Jesus Christ, and obey God’s divine laws and His natural laws. We must seek and believe in the risen Jesus Christ.
