IT is always uplifting to read stories about people living their faith – ones willing to use their gifts for the good of others.
In this week’s Leader there is Alan and Patti Camp, the people behind Pregnancy Crisis Inc (page 7).
Concerned about the high rate of abortion, they have sought to do something positive to support women who may feel pressured into having an abortion.
Then there’s the young people of emmanuelworship using their talents to inspire others in faith (page 22), and Gemma Sisia who saw a dire need for education among the poor in Tanzania and built a school (page 24).
We’re not all called to tackle such grand projects – what a relief – but these people can inspire us to do our bit.
