MULTI-Fresh is a convenient, one-stop service delivering delicious and healthy seasonal fruit and vegetables to customers, while at the same time employing people with disabilities.

As a Social Enterprise initiative, Multi-Fresh was first established in 2011 as a niche delivery option to those in supported accommodation or the home environment.

Multi-Fresh now spans throughout the Brisbane region, servicing individuals, families, community groups, and the broader corporate sector and their staff.

A spokesperson said what was most humbling about Multi-Fresh was the story of its people and the legacy it wished to leave.

Operating as a versatile and inclusive environment for employees with disabilities, Multi-Fresh is pro-active and can help customers with all things “fresh”.

Since February 2012, Thaddeus has been a valued employee of Multi-Fresh.

The Multi-Fresh spokesperson said Thaddeus’ willingness to learn and adapt had made him a dynamic and invaluable asset.

“Always the first to arrive and the last to leave, Thaddeus has a real commitment towards working hard,” the spokesperson said.

“Thaddeus has autism, which means he has an exceptional attention to detail, an essential quality for making our service unique.

“Known for his immaculate and organised work space, Thaddeus takes great pride in the task at hand and ensuring everyone in the workplace is respected.
