fertility fundamentalsFERTILITY Fundamentals Inc is a unique new clinic that uses the science of Billings Ovulation Method and Natural Procreative Technology  to assist women and couples by providing assessment and management of all fertility issues, including assistance in both achievement or avoidance of pregnancy, using natural cycle education and management with fertility awareness techniques.

We hope to become South Australia’s premier natural fertility provider empowering couples with knowledge, providing comprehensive fertility assessment and investigating their individual causes of sub fertility and managing those causes to achieve pregnancy in a more natural way without using Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) such as IVF.

Our service does not use or refer women for IVF management of infertility.

We also offer comprehensive diagnosis and management of male factor infertility.

For our help to be effective we recommend to see both partners for the initial consultation as well as medical follow up consultations if possible.

The clinic combines the skills of two medical practitioners with general practice experience, specialist training in natural fertility management using Naprotechnology methods and gynaecological specialist training, with those of a senior accredited Billings Ovulation Method™ teacher with over 25 years experience.

The Billings Ovulation Method and NPT are successful, evidence based, non-invasive and far less expensive alternatives to IVF for women trying to conceive.

Using the knowledge gained from the woman’s fertility awareness charting we then incorporate correctly timed pathology and radiology investigations to provide an accurate diagnosis as to the cause of a couple’s infertility.

We offer medical management for chronic conditions associated with infertility as well as surgical management to diagnose and treat of causes of infertility where applicable.  We offer accredited Obstetric Shared Care for any South Australian obstetric hospital as well as a comprehensive medical tracking of the progress of the pregnancy.
