BRISBANE’S Murri Ministry is supporting a family which has lost three sons in two separate horrific accidents in the past two months.
Hayden Duncan, 10, his brother Glen, 8, and cousin Reg Boyd, 9, were killed on the Ipswich to Brisbane rail line at Goodna on March 11 when they were struck by a train at 6.45pm.
The two Duncan boys had been grieving the loss of their eldest brother in a car accident in January.
Joseph Duncan, 18, died when the stolen car in which he was a passenger crashed during a police pursuit.
Murri Ministry co-ordinator Ravina Waldren said the group had been providing ongoing support to the Duncan family since Joe’s death and this would now continue following the latest tragedy.
Parents Joe Duncan and Norma Boyd have been devastated by the loss of three children in only two months.
Ms Boyd’s sister, Kelly, was also distraught over the loss of her son Reg, Ms Waldren said.
