Garden setting: Mercy Place provides a peaceful setting that is perfect for conferences or reflection days where environment is a number-one consideration.

SITUATED in the foothills of Mt Coot-tha and bounded by Brisbane Forest Park, Mercy Place provides a peaceful setting that is perfect for conferences or reflection days where environment is a number-one consideration.

The venue features three air-conditioned conference rooms which can hold up to 150 people, courtyard facilities (perfect for breakout areas), affordable on-site accommodation for up to 47 people and free car parking.

All conference rooms are equipped with a whiteboard and flipchart stand.

Data projectors and additional AV supplies are available for an additional fee.

In the past, as well as conferences and functions, Mercy Place has hosted yoga classes, art-appreciation classes, a requiem Mass, family reunions and silent retreats.

Mercy Place can also cater for up to 200 delegates and was recently awarded four stars by Eat Safe Brisbane, and their signature morning tea of homemade scones is served with rose-petal jam made from roses grown in their gardens.

In addition to being an exceptional meeting venue, Mercy Place offers an accommodation experience which harkens back to simpler times with individual and shared rooms available for up to 47 guests on a daily or weekly basis.

Quiet and functional, rooms are perfect for introspection, inspiration and reflection as they do not have televisions or other modern distractions although all rooms feature basic toiletries, a study desk, single bed, bed lamp and wardrobe.

As an extension of Mercy Place’s special hospitality, there’s a common room with television, board games, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Guests may seek social interaction or solitude as they desire, but all will be treated with outstanding service.
